Common questions
How long does it take to get my website live?
Get Found sites go live within 7 days of receiving your payment and your content (logo, photos and hours). If it isn't live in 7 days, your first month is free.
Who owns my domain and website?
We register your domain in your business's name at no charge, so it's yours and it stays with you if you leave. We build, host and run the website as part of your plan. If you leave and want to keep the website itself, there's a one-time buyout: if you leave within 12 months of going live, it's your plan's monthly price for each month left until month 12 (never less than your setup fee), and after that it's equal to your setup fee, plus HST. Your domain and content are always yours, and content export is free.
Can I start with no money down?
Yes. Get Found has a $0-down option for our first 3 clients: $149/mo* for your first 3 months, then $169/mo. No contract, 30 days' notice.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every plan includes basic on-page SEO so Google can understand your site. A new site usually takes months to build visibility, and nobody can honestly promise a ranking. If you want ongoing work on it, the Local SEO add-on is $379/mo month-to-month.
