Review requests and replies
Most happy customers would leave a review; they just don't think of it. We send them a simple request with a direct link after the job, and we draft polite replies to your reviews, good and bad, for your OK. We never write fake reviews or offer customers anything in exchange for one. Google's rules don't allow it, and it isn't worth the risk to your listing.
Why reviews matter
Reviews help in two ways. People read them before they call, and Google looks at them when deciding which local businesses to show. We can't promise a ranking, and nobody honestly can, but a steady flow of real reviews and an accurate profile are among the most useful things a local business can work on.

Common questions
Do I need a Google Business Profile if I have a website?
Yes. They work together. Your profile shows up on the map and in search, and it links to your website, where people can see more of your work.
Can you hide my home address?
Yes. If you visit customers rather than having them come to you, your profile can be set up as a service-area business with your address hidden.
Will you write reviews for me?
No. We only ask your real customers for reviews. Fake or paid-for reviews break Google's rules and can get a listing suspended.
Which plan includes this?

How soon will I see more reviews?
It depends on how many jobs you do and how many customers respond. We can't promise a number, but asking every customer consistently is the best way to get more.
