Yes. You can move up a plan whenever you're ready by paying the standard setup fee for the new plan, and your monthly price changes to the new plan's price. Setup fees aren't waived or credited on upgrades.

We register your domain in your business's name at no charge, so it's yours, and it stays with you if you leave. We build, host and run the website for you as part of your plan. If you leave and want to keep the website itself (its design and files), there's a one-time buyout: if you leave within 12 months of going live, it's your plan's monthly price for each month left until month 12, but never less than your setup fee, and after month 12 it's a flat fee equal to your setup fee, plus HST, once all fees owed are settled. Your domain and content are always yours, and exporting your content is free. Missed-call text-back, follow-up, Google Business Profile upkeep and review requests are monthly services only, so they end when you leave unless you keep paying for them.

For ongoing work, our Local SEO add-on covers, each month, up to 4 Google Business Profile posts, 1 new service or service-area page, 3 new directory listings, keyword tuning for up to 5 target keywords and a monthly work and visibility report. It costs $379/month month to month with 30 days' notice, with no setup fee, plus HST. You can add it to any plan or get it on its own. SEO results usually take 3–6 months, and we don't promise any particular ranking, because no one honestly can.

Replying to someone who just called or contacted you is generally fine. Marketing texts and emails are covered by Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), so we set up your messages to identify your business, include an easy opt-out and only go to people who have a reason to hear from you.
